Email us

hello@icsehelpcenter.com — the fastest way to reach the ICSE Help Center Editorial Team.

gyaniversity.publications@gmail.com — the operator's address. Use this if you get no reply from the address above, or if your message is for Gyaniversity Publications rather than for this site.

We reply within 3 working days. If answering you needs us to check a CISCE circular first, we will say so in the first reply rather than leave you waiting.

What to email us about

Corrections — a fact, date, fee, rule or figure on this site that is wrong or out of date.

Broken links — a link that is dead, or no longer opens the CISCE document it promises.

Outdated exam information — a page that has not caught up with a new CISCE circular.

Content suggestions — an ICSE or ISC question this site answers badly, or not at all. These shape what we write next.

Advertising and partnership — commercial enquiries about this site.

If you find something wrong, tell us

If you find something wrong on this site, email us and we will fix or remove it. Send the page address and, if you have it, the CISCE circular that shows the correct position. You do not need to prove anything first — a one-line "this looks wrong" is enough for us to go and check.

We publish corrections with a date rather than editing quietly. Our Editorial Policy explains how.

What we cannot help with

We are not CISCE. We cannot access your result, change your marks, send you a marksheet, or submit a recheck, re-evaluation, improvement-exam or duplicate-document application for you. Those go through your school or through CISCE directly at cisce.org, results.cisce.org and cisce.org/public-services/. Emailing us about your personal result will only delay you.

Who operates this site

ICSE Help Center is operated by Gyaniversity Publications, an Indian educational publisher.

Postal: Gyaniversity Publications, India. Full postal address available on request by email.

We do not publish a phone number. Email is the only channel we monitor, and it gives both of us a written record of what was asked and answered.
